    hi mate. my xbox one console has banned 4 days ago. and i dont know why.I read all the user agreement.i didnt argue anyone and didnt steal any account. i spent all my money on my xbox. and im just a student. im not a thief or anyone. please solve it.. im
    very sad this situation. i dont knot why. i asked everyone "why?why?why?why?" and everyone says me "we dont know." whats this mate? WHAT IS THIS! IM JUST A STUDENT AND I SPENT ALL OF MY MONEY THIS CONSOLE! ALL OF!

    please someone tell me why. im writing this in 11 - Xbox One Account & Console Enforcement Actions but it doesnt shows and anyone doesnt answer me.

    It's not a permenant ban but those that have received a retail console early and connected it to the net have had it banned.

    Xbox One shipped early by Target, one user gets a temporary ban by Microsoft | VG247

    That forum is no longer in use. http://enforcement.xbox.com is now the destination for all things enforcement. Log in there and click the orange hammer and you can see the details of any enforcement
    actions against your account. Case reviews are also requested there, but console bans are not reviewable unfortunately - they are only done in extreme cases and only when clear evidence of the violation is present. Device bans are permanent, and will not
    be overturned for any reason.

    The enforcement team no longer uses the forums which is why that forum no longer works. To find out more about console bans, you can read here -

    Once a console is banned, there is no way to have it unbanned.

    Unfortunately, if you broke the CoD/ToU severely enough then yes your console will no longer be allowed on the Live service. As stated you can go to the enforcement team website and read all the information. If it has been banned the ban will not be lifted.

    So I was recently banned on a different account. i have 2 accounts on my xbox 360 console my other account and this account. is it possible if i get an xbox one and login through this account and not get banned or will i get banned on the xbox one if i login
    with this account since it was on the xbox banned console i have when it got banned

    Is one of the consoles banned from Xbox Live? You can't move profiles or saved games from a banned console to a non-banned one; they'll show as corrupt.

    Device bans are not issued lightly, and occur when a particular Xbox console or Xbox on Windows device is used to violate the Code of Conduct in an egregious or repeated manner. Once a device ban occurs, no account can connect to the Xbox Live service from
    the affected device. Given the severity of this action we take each device ban extremely seriously, and only take action after a lengthy investigation.

    Upon receiving a device ban, any account that attempts to sign in to the Xbox Live service will receive a notification. The specific content of the notification depends on the type of device that received the ban.

    Xbox One:

    “Your console is banned. This console has been banned for Terms of Use violations. To protect the Xbox service and its members, Microsoft does not provide details about specific console bans. For more information out console bans, visit xbox.com/xboxone/consoleban.”

    You can't file a case review for this sever ban and there is no one you can contact.

    Please note that banning an Xbox console or Xbox on Windows device does not disrupt the underlying functionality of the device, and it can continue to be used offline following the ban. For more information about using Xbox One offline, visit xbox.com/offline.
