    Hi! xbox iam here to say i got banned for buy games on other account and iam really sorry for that so i hope you guys can understand me i wont do that anymore never i only want to get unbanned and play online again with my friends and familly i wont do anything
    stupid ever so please unban my xbox one i have waited over 3 moth and i cant wait to play the new games. I hope you can do that iam very sorry for that i did i wont never do that anymore in my life and xbox one is the best console i played and i want to play
    more and experience the new games.

    It's not a permenant ban but those that have received a retail console early and connected it to the net have had it banned.

    You can reach enforcement here
    enforcement.xbox.com/home     but you wont get a console unbanned once its banned its a final decision.

    No the only one's that can unban you is the Enforcement Team at the link listed above.

    As far as I know console bans are permanent and don't get unbanned.

    Its good that your sorry for your mistake and dont intend to do it again, but you need to use this as a lesson. I highly doubt you will get unbanned and if you have commited an offence worthy of a ban dont deserve it to be lifted, you will need to get another
    xbox to get back online.

    Unless you're 10 or for some reason still live at home and rely on your parents to survive, just buy a new console. Xbox Ones are cheap.

    ^ Sounds like "game sharing" gone bad to me. If you have someone else's gamertag on your console because you're using that gamertag as the home console, I don't know what would stop someone
    from making purchases on that gamertag.

    But who knows... I could think of a few other ways that ban could happen.

    Yeah,Goth has pretty much summed it up.Sounds like using someone else account to buy games.

    Once a console is banned then that's it,it won't get unbanned.

    If it's just a account suspension then Genchy has provided you with the link to where to go.

    Is one of the consoles banned from Xbox Live? You can't move profiles or saved games from a banned console to a non-banned one; they'll show as corrupt.

    Device bans are not issued lightly, and occur when a particular Xbox console or Xbox on Windows device is used to violate the Code of Conduct in an egregious or repeated manner. Once a device ban occurs, no account can connect to the Xbox Live service from
    the affected device. Given the severity of this action we take each device ban extremely seriously, and only take action after a lengthy investigation.

    Upon receiving a device ban, any account that attempts to sign in to the Xbox Live service will receive a notification. The specific content of the notification depends on the type of device that received the ban.

    Xbox One:

    “Your console is banned. This console has been banned for Terms of Use violations. To protect the Xbox service and its members, Microsoft does not provide details about specific console bans. For more information out console bans, visit xbox.com/xboxone/consoleban.”

    You can't file a case review for this sever ban and there is no one you can contact.

    Please note that banning an Xbox console or Xbox on Windows device does not disrupt the underlying functionality of the device, and it can continue to be used offline following the ban. For more information about using Xbox One offline, visit xbox.com/offline.
