    You shouldnt post personal info such as your serial number here. This is a public community support forum here made up of gamers such as you. So no one from the enforcement team reads these forums nor can give you an explaination to why your xbox was banned.

    If you received a console ban and are unsure as to why you will need to post on the 13 - Xbox One Account & Console Enforcement Actions forums but all Xbox Live device bans are permanent.

    I am sorry you are having issues with the banning system on Xbox.

    You can find all your bans and their reasons here: [support.xbox.com/help/family-online-safety/enforcement/enforcement-history]. You can also appeal all non-permanent bans here also. It is up to the enforcement team whether they validate the appeal. Sometimes, it can take some time for this to appear. Although, there can be times where they just do not give a reason, you should still be able to appeal.

    I’ve been banned on Xbox twice I was banned for 15 days then around day 12 I got another 15 day ban but yet I couldn’t do anything to receive another ban

    Dude Xbox is on some dumb stuff I got banned for 15 days without explanation because I got reported by some kids on Xbox for being good at a game because I killed them all in rainbow and Xbox one take the side of the losers
