Xbox One banned me for nothing?

Hey fellow Xbox players, if you are reading this message, you are probably banned or interested in. March 14, 2017, the day my life was ruined. I came from a party and wasn't expecting something so intriguing to happen, my Xbox one was banned... The reason,
I have no clue. What I speak off, 100% Falsely and probably a mistake. For the past 27 days, I have been bored out of my life. Multiple calls to Microsoft Support, as they say, it can't be fixed. Apparently, they always told me to file a Case review. I always
check for the Yellow Hammer, but if the message doesn't show, then how does one file a Case review. I know for a fact that when you are banned, you can't file a Case Review, it is game over. But without a notification saying to stop whatever you're doing,
how would the people who have been banned know what they are doing wrong, from my perspective I would've stopped the offense I was putting out there but I never knew what I was doing wrong. And in other thoughts which I am sure I was following the law in order,
how do I get unbanned because I am 100% Falsely banned, with no offense I never did anything wrong.

It's not a permenant ban but those that have received a retail console early and connected it to the net have had it banned.

You should have received an email notification on the address connected with your account. When you log into enforcement.xbox.com you would be able to file a case review if the ban is eligible. There it would tell you why you were banned and when it will
lift. The enforcement team takes action on anything against the Code of Conduct (the contract all users agree to follow when signing up). That serves as everyone's first warning. The enforcement website is the only place to appeal to the enforcement team.
If the site is not working for you I would advise trying a different browser or clearing the cache on your current browser.

Use common sense and you can join the resf of Xbox live.like the 99.9% of players online that don't havd enforcement issued
