Xbox one banned from xbox live

Hi, my xbox one console has been banned from xbox live, and no one I've asked knows why! I've spoke to forums, and I've spoke to support staff at xbox and they don't either, my account has perfect reputation, and when I go to case a review it won't let
me because my account isn't banned. The support guy also told when he looked into it, he couldn't do anything either. So I don't know what to do! I don't believe I've actually done anything to violate the terms and conditions of xbox. Thankyou

No, if you are sold the Xbox one via a store and you did nothing wrong, you will not be banned. They broke the terms, not you. Xbox is not banning people playing early.Click to expand...

It's not a permenant ban but those that have received a retail console early and connected it to the net have had it banned.

so my cousin got banned from Xbox live and it said this console is banned from Xbox live and he reseted his Xbox one does that mean he need another Xbox one??

what do you mean? Are you not able to send messages or is your console banned? Because I'm not able to send messages after a one day ban that has been lifted a week ago. I can only talk in overwatch and not in parties.

Is one of the consoles banned from Xbox Live? You can't move profiles or saved games from a banned console to a non-banned one; they'll show as corrupt.

If your Xbox Live account has been permanently banned from Xbox Live the ban carries over to the Xbox One. You will need to create a new account should you wish to play on Xbox Live again.

Well, any kind of hack of modding is forbidden by XBOX LIVE Terms, but is EA Sports the ones who are in charge to ban from their servers the players who do that kind of hacks, and Xbox LIVE is the one who can ban the user from the LIVE online system only.
