Xbox one banned console, for no reason.

Hi, i bought my xbox 3 month ago, and in the begining of january it say "console banned from xbox live"

I don't no why, i never do stuff illegale or other things, i just played Bf. Never received any email, o alert.

Please help me, i don't know what to do.

Xbox console banned for no reason

If it's a console ban, yes you'll need to buy a new one.

If it's your account, you'll want to find out if it's a perma ban or just a temporary one.

You'll want to check the email associated with the account to find out why.

If you didn't get an email, pick up a phone.

yes my xbox one console got banned for no reason came back from work and i turned on my xbox then it said this console is banned from xbox live so i dont know what to do now if i need to buy a new console or something

Are you really sure its really brand new? What reason can you give to us that is really a brand new? Sound you brought a second hand console from a jokester that got the console banned on Xbox live forever. Touché !
