XBox one bann

Hello im here to get help with this xbox one CONSOLE bann its not my account thats banned its my whole xbox it cant connect to xbox live at all... i havent even been on xbox because its football season now im trying to play and i cant do anything

habe im März über ein Banner im Xbox Store meine Gold Mitgliedschaft aktiviert. Auf diesem Banner war allerdings beschrieben das der 2. Monat kostenlos sei, wenn man einen Monat kauft. Jetzt soll ich 6€ für den eigentlichen kostenlosen Monat bezahlen...

Probably not since the top banner already has an Xbox one tab.

Personally i think there is errors with the enforcement team as so many have been banned around the same time and all are confused as to why and are all unable to access the enforcement page to find out why they are banned. And people come to forums and
these forums are dead and no one can help,this company has such contempt for its consumers its beyond belief ,i even see and read people buying brand new machines and instantly have a console ban as soon as they connect to live,clearly this is an error and
im sure there are thousands more.

My permanent suspension to live came around supposedly because i was on a small temp comms ban and then received more reports for messaging despite it being impossible to send messages as i was on temp ban,so clearly this is wrong and an error and impossible
to even happen. But because these incompetent enforcers have caused so many of us to be unable to contact them theres no way to get this clear error reversed . Absolutely incompetent is all i can say and the opposite of there claims of being fair !!!!!!!!!!!
