Xbox One ban

I know that there is no action to undo a ban, but I just want you to tell the whole story. So today I started my Xbox One Elite after nearly 3 months (since June 4th according to Xbox Agents). So I started it and, oh wow, I got a
console ban. So, after talking with 4! Xbox Support Agents and one Manager from Xbox, I couldn't get any help. One of them even left the chat. I didn't get a message before the ban, and neither did a get one after. I, as a person, am really nice, no swearing
to other people, no Xbox-modifying or stuff like that. So I went to the enforcement.xbox.com website (obviously) and there should be an orange hammer icon (only if I have an active ban), but there is no button for me. So one of the agents told me that this
means that I haven't qualified for a review of my problem. So now, I'm sitting here, with a nearly new Xbox One Elite console, on which I haven't played for 3 months, which got banned for really nothing. And I now, I've read several topics where everyone says
that they didn't do anything wrong, but the problem ist, the agents didn't even find anything that was wrong by me. So I just wanted to let you know that I'm pretty angry of what happened and that I lost 4 hours by talking to agents and most importantly I
lost 500$.

Maybe this topic gets reviewed or something and therefor being shown to someone from the enforcement team.

And please microsoft, don't just comment on this posting with stuff like "get a new console" or "behave better" or "there is a reason for every ban" because, clearly, there isn't any reason for my ban.

It's not a permenant ban but those that have received a retail console early and connected it to the net have had it banned.

The enforcement team do not use the forums so no one here can tell you anything.

Phone/chat support wouldn't be able to help as xbox live enforcement is nothing to do with them.

Console bans can not be appealed which is why that option isn't showing on the enforcement site.

An email would of been sent to the address linked to your account at the time the ban was issued.

 

I didn't get an email, I would've mentioned that, but that is the strange thing.

Just started the console and there was the ban, no email before or after the ban.

No, would've mentioned that too, you clearly can see that microsoft just "robbed" me 500$.

 

They don't just ban consoles for the fun of it.

What message are you getting when you try to connect to live?

 

That the console is banned and I should go to enforcement.xbox.com for further information, on the website it tells me that everything is fine with my account and that I have a perfect reputation.

I really think that I just got hacked, because, like I said, I didn't modify the xbox itself or stuff like that, and with a perfect reputation I can't be banned for bad behaviour. Neither did I do something illegal.

That's why I'm pretty angry about what happened, ban for literally nothing.

 

Rep has nothing to do with suspensions/bans. You can have perfect rep and still be permanently banned for something else.

 

And that's where my question starts, I didn't do anything wrong, I know myself best (obviously) and I'm not that kind of person, but yeah, guess I spent 500$ for nothing.

 

Did you buy the console pre-owned?
