XBOX ONE BAN MISTAKE

Attempted to use my xbox today and got a banned console message. I have received no email or explanation for why this happened. I have done absolutely nothing to get

banned from xbox. This has to be a mistake. Got no warning at all. Never suspended. No email. What is going on?

My account named has been banned for Harrassment and Abuse and it is an honest mistake. I never harrassed or abused anyone on Xbox live. It may have been a misclick or a misunderstanding. If you could please remove the ban hopefully then I
deeply appreciate it Thank you.

 

Hey there. The only place to get more information about a suspension or ban is
http://enforcement.xbox.com . If you feel that you are undeserving of the action taken, you can start a case review there as well.

 

I went to the link above and there is no notation of my xbox one being banned. I don't think I can case review it without that, can I?

 

There is NO notation in the enforcement history stating my xbox has been banned. I have received no email and no explanation. I truly believe this is an error. Keying error perhaps? Wrong gamer tag entered? Can someone please help?

Are all device bans permanent?

All Xbox Live device bans are permanent. However, some Code of Conduct violations that don’t rise to the level of a device ban can instead result in the temporary loss of specific Xbox One or Xbox on Windows device privileges. When this occurs, the device
can still connect to Xbox Live, but certain functionality (such as communications or online multiplayer) will be restricted for a particular duration.

 

There's something that you are not understanding. The device should have ever been banned in the first place. It is obviously a mistake because I never got an email and there is no enforcement history on my account. My Xbox was banned for no reason at all
and I would like a solution since we can't speak to an actual human being.

 

I understand how frustrating this is for you but heres the rub....

in these forums, Microsoft employees lurk, but its community support. The enforcement action taken against you was done by microsoft and can only be UNDONE by them. None of us can tell you why, none of us can give you any details about anything.

The only thing that we can do to help you is to have you CALL MS Xbox support to have them discuss it with you as they are actual MS employees with those powers.

 

That sounds great and all but I called them immediately and was directed here. The fact that I was wrongfully *** out of hundreds of dollars I've invested in my console is gross enough but I can't even talk to to someone over the phone that can help me is
unbelievable. Everywhere I go they just refer me to where I was before and I keep walking in circles. I think it's pretty obvious enough that this is a mistake due to me not receiving any email or notification about ANY enforcement whatsoever. All I do on
Xbox is hang out with my friends. I have not done any worthy of being banned or suspended whatsoever. Someone please help me through this

 

I called xbox support and was told they have no access to that info and cannot help with an enforcement action. They sent me to this forum and said xbox would answer me. Someone suggested a case review request but I can't do that either because there is
no listed enforcement action on my account. My account doesn't show a ban, but my xbox does. This was done in error and I can't get in contact with a person, by phone or email, who can tell me why or check to see if the wrong xbox was banned. Nothing. I have
never made any adjustments to my xbox. What kind of business is this? This sounds like Russia, not America.

What is the exact error message you get. Post it here, and if it's something other than a console the the community can assist.

If it is a console ban, unfortunately no one via phone support or forum support can assist with this issue. XBLPET are the only ones who have access to enforcement issues. You can try to do a
case review if it lets you, which I do not think it will as this is a console ban. That would be your only option. That said console bans are permanent for a reason, and XBLPET
has proof before they throw a ban out. If you have more questions about the device ban, see the

I have been online banned on my account and it started 7/2/17 and I was wondering how I got banned for harassment abuse and threats . To be clear I'm chat banned which means I cannot talk or message anyone the harassment was false ,abuse and threats were
also false, I never cheated in a game myself if I have ever did please send a message back on when and on what game . If it is possible can my account be unbanned or do I have to wait it out until it ends

 

My gamertags is I have not gotten a email of the duration of the ban and I did not do anything to get baned this is unfair and needs to be fixed
