Thanks for your aunser, but i havi have another question, because on "xbox status" puts that the state state key is "Limited" because the infraction was only on "games", persona 5 royale and fifa 23 but they were only installed and player by the past user, and how he got them i don't know. But i an the banned isn't forever with this or is for permanent??

Mine looks like banned but on games, I can't communicate with anybody, nobody can hear me, I can't hear anybody or whisper to them on COD and customer service people are terrible and lying saying there is ongoing issue! Well.... how come it's not listed on the website, so people are getting banned with no emails and absolutely no freaking reason! And you should get customer service people that understand what we're saying! So annoying and frustrating
