    Xbox one ban enforced


    I have recently received a second ban that I should not of received....so now I am so frustrated on how these bans work no looking into the ban and going from there... if someone don't like me they get there friends to report me and then what happens I get
    banned I'm not happy about this as it's been the second time!!! I am really considering going back to PlayStation that way I don't get banned for having little pathetic kids telling friends to report my account it's not the first time as I have stated I need
    this sorted as soon as possible otherwise I will no longer be with Xbox.

    Since when does xbox give indefinite bans? No 3,5,7 or 3 week ban? Just we are banning you until further notice? Meanwhile the poster continues to pay for the service? Something doesnt seem right or we arent getting the full story.

    Cant you view the amount of complaints on your account on the enforcement website?

    For information about your ban and to see about submitting a case review, you would need to go to
    http://enforcement.xbox.com

    The enforcement team investigates each complaint they receive and will only issue a suspension/ban if they find that you did something to violate the code of conduct/terms of service. So it doesn't matter how many complaints someone files. It only takes
    one valid complaint to receive a suspension.

    The Xbox Enforcement Team will provide general information about the ban but not the specific detail of what was said or done. They never do.

    The Xbox Enforcement Team does not use these forums.

    No one here on the Xbox Forums or at Xbox Support can provide the reason or proof why you were banned or change the state of ANY suspension or ban.

    Xbox enforcement team are Law judges or Lawyers, for sure.

    But they do enforce the law agreed on the TOU. No one gets banned for no reason. Try to file a case review to the Xbox enforcement team to get a better understanding.
