    Hello

    I have some accounts on my Xbox one Console, one of them get banned cause a false picture, okay I can understand this BUT MY CONSOLE GET BANNED TOO AND WHAT HAS THIS TO DO WITH A PROFILE FROM MY FRIEND WHO PUT A FALSE PICTURE ON HIS PROFILE? Now I can not
    play on my Main Profile(!!!) on my Console during the Christmas Time because someone change the picture on a profile which I have also on my Console but it is not my Profile. Where is the logic?? I want that you Unban my console cause I want to play during
    the Christmas Time and not sitting around for a Mistake of my Friend!

    The XBL enforcement team probably won't read this - you should contact XBL support. The person who signed into your account probably did something very bad to get your account Console Banned - the only other possibility is that you were Console Banned to keep your details secure and that you should contact Microsoft.

    It's not a permenant ban but those that have received a retail console early and connected it to the net have had it banned.

    I got a perma ban on the account i bought it on (ban came from my brother who i no longer share an account with) but i thought the game licence stays on the xbox. Also the account that has the perma ban is still on my xbox. When i got the perma ban and

    So I was recently banned on a different account. i have 2 accounts on my xbox 360 console my other account and this account. is it possible if i get an xbox one and login through this account and not get banned or will i get banned on the xbox one if i login

    Been booted over 20 times today alone...

    which should get him a console ban, cause if he gets a account ban all he will do is buy a kv and a new stealth server which would cost 20.oo or less so he'd be undetected by xbox.... which a KV would allow his account back online. But Xbox knows this...and
    is still refusing to ban him. Make it harder to allow a modder and hacker online ban his console. Harder to replace a console then a 20 dokler fix to get it back online

    I've removed a second account which I planned to use for my son but I've kept my account on there which inclass as an adult account as I have 18+ games etc. I've check my xbox status online and it states I've had no bans in the history so sure I've never had my system banned.
