    Xbox One backwards compatibly issues


    I bought A virtual copy of gta iv in the Xbox store for my xbox one. I installed it fine and can play it but I can't sign in while trying to play it. Whenever I attempt to download my profile, it says it can't connect to Xbox live and sends me to trouble
    shooting. What should I try?

    They are doing maintenance on Xbox 360 titles and services today/earlier today. That is why you and your friend are having issues with Dark Souls 1 today. This also causes issues on Xbox One if you are playing a backwards compatible game.

    Sorry to hear you're having issues. Unfortunately, the Xbox 360 Fall of Cybertron disc is not backwards compatible on the Xbox One.

    As long as those games are backward compatible this will not be an issue. https://www.xbox.com/en-US/xbox-one/backward-compatibility And they even enhanced the graphics on fallout 3 for the Xbox one X.
