xbox one backwards compatibility

does any one know how i can buy 360 games on my xbox one as it tells me that i cant buy 360 games on the internet which is weird because im in the store and then it tells me that i need to go on the console which i dont have

There are a couple of reasons that could be happening. If you're on a child account, you would need to use the 360 console in order for any restrictions on your account to actually apply. Or if you don't have a valid payment method (credit card/Paypal) on
file, you would need to add one in order to make the purchase through the website or the One.
