    recently i went to play supreme commander 2 which has always worked for me, however recently when i went to play, it said getting xbox 360 info at the beggining for about 5 mins and then it went to the main menu, when i went to play i was asked to log
    into my profile, however when i went into the profiles section there was no profile downloaded. So when i went to download my profile, it said connecting for about 7 mins and then it just said cannot connect to xbox live, i have since hard reset my xbox, restarted
    my router and cleared my local xbox 360 storage, nothing has worked, im also on ipv4 so no ipv6 problems.

    Previous Xbox Arcade games

    Unfortunately as Felixx P mentioned. Those games are not currently available via backwards compatibility. As such, you'll be unable to download them onto your Xbox One until/if they become backwards compatible.

    You can keep tabs on what games are being made available for backwards compatibility by checking on Major Nelsons blog from time to time. Here's the link to the page he regularly updates as the games become available. https://majornelson.com/blog/xbox-one-backward-compatibility/

    Your profile information (gamerscore, avatar, etc.) will transfer, but the One is not backwards compatible. So you will be unable to play/use 360 games or saves.

    Hi there,

    It might not be a problem on your end but a problem with the Xbox Live service. A few problems have arisen today with the 360 network but if this problem persists, contact Xbox support

    Thank you for posting on the XBox forums. The Xbox backwards compatibility program is intended for the Xbox One, so the digital downloads for Xbox Original backwards compatible games can only be downloaded on an Xbox One console. You can probably still
    play Xbox Original games on the Xbox 360 if you have the discs and if they were backwards compatible back when it was available on the Xbox 360.
