Xbox One Backwards Compatibility Situation

Hello, I just have to complain about this because I just bought a $15 Xbox gift card for a backwards compatibility game and I can't download it. I don't want to put a credit card in it. I really wanted Call of Duty: World at War but I guess not... I can't
get it. I'm disappointed.

Thanks for the link. It is strange that MS let me buy the game not compatible with my console. I guess there is no refund allowed in this situation?

 

I changed my old xbox360 console to a new xboxone console. I cannot play all my 360 games now. Do I have to buy all the games for xboxone console?

Jesus Christ, this is extremely unfair to a customer like me who was willing to pay so much money to buy so many games to support xbox.

 

At least, I want my HALO3 & BATTLEFIELD4 run on my new xboxone console.

Not all Xbox 360 games are Backward Compatible on the Xbox One. We're always adding more titles, but for the current full list head on over to the
Backward Compatibility page.

sv Murcielago - do you still have access to a X360? If you do, you can use your MS Credit to purchase COD:WOW that way. Unfortunately, MS Credit can't be used for X360 games via the website or XB1.

 

You should either make a post or vote for one (if one is there) on the Xbox feedback site, for the feature to be able to use the money on your Microsoft account to purchase Xbox 360 games. Xbox Ideas, powered by UserVoice
