The Xbox One already has its own version of Minecraft, so I sincerely doubt that the developers are going to make the Xbox 360 version Backwards Compatible.

However, I do hope that the developer does make it (Minecraft: Xbox 360 Edition) backwards compatible so that you get what you want

The Xbox 360 version of Minecraft is not backwards compatible on the Xbox One.

If you had owned Minecraft 360 digitally, you could have had the benefit of getting the "Xbox One Edition" at a reduced price, and if you owned the Xbox One Edition, you could then get the "Minecraft" without "Xbox One Edition" on the Xbox One for free.

However, these offers have all now expired, and the only way to get Minecraft on your Xbox One is to buy the game again.

Be aware: You can't import your Xbox 360 worlds in the newer Xbox One Minecraft!

If getting your Xbox 360 world over is important for you, you need to find someone with "Minecraft Xbox One Edition" and import it to that game first. Then import that world into "Minecraft" on the Xbox One.

Where did you purchase the disc's from? You may have to exchange them. Some can be corrupted or won't work in specific regions. I would also check to be sure the games are backwards compatible. I know Minecraft isn't backwards compatible.

Minecraft: Xbox 360 Edition can only be played with other Xbox 360 consoles
on Xbox Live. The Xbox One edition can only be played online with other Xbox Oneconsoles.
There is no cross-platform play between the Xbox editions and other editions of Minecraft.

Halo 4 should be fine

South Park is backwards compatible.

Any digital 360 items that you bought that are backwards compatible should be in your install list under "my games & apps",then "games" & scroll to the far right as long as you are using the same account that bought them on the 360.

Your Minecraft skins & texture packs should be there but you would need to buy the xbox one version of Minecraft.

Since you mention Xbox 360 Edition:

Did you just upgrade to a Xbox One? Be aware that not all Xbox 360 games are backwards compatible on the Xbox One. For example, the Xbox 360 version of Minecraft would NOT work on the Xbox One.

However the Xbox 360 Gears of War titles should appear on your Xbox One, if you used the same Microsoft Account email as you used when you purchased the games digitally.
