Xbox One Backwards Compatibility Not working

About 6 months ago I started noticing that whenever I try to play 360 games on my Xbox one I can't because when I get to the start menu of all these games it makes me sign in to my 360 profile, as soon as I select my profile it endlessly spins while showing
the signing in box. I just purchased Fable Anniversary and I thought after 6 months this would be patched out and fixed. It isn't. I am starting to get extremely frustrated because I have a ton of 360 games I would love to play but can't because of a software
bug. Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Help Needed.

Not sure why it is not working...unless you are trying BO2? According to this list:

BO2 is NOT BC....only BO1 is.

Disconnected from live on backwards compatibility games?

Xbox live is not working so well for Xbox 360 or even on Xbox One with Backwards Compatibility, You must wait'till it's been fixed.

What you may want to do is try this:

1. Load any 360 game up

2. once loaded hit the start and select buttons (small round buttons on either side of the big xbox button on the controller) that will bring up the 360 guide.

3. should have a choice to download profile click on that it will then ask for your email and password

4. enter in email and password and have it redownload your profile for the 360 emulator

If this works after following these steps what normally happens is if you changed your gamertag it will require you to redownload your profile to any 360 that it was on previously including the 360 emulator on the Ones

I just tried re downloading my profile, the same issue is still occurring.

It gets to this screen and still just spins. Any other thoughts?

The One store/website have never been updated to work with the currency system for backwards compatible content. The only way to purchase backwards compatible games with the funds on your account is through a 360 console.

They have stopped backwards compatibility for the Xbox One and the team are working on backwards compatibility for project Scarlett
