  1. Xbox One backwards compatibility input lag

    I am part of the Preview Program, and I've never seen input lag before the official release for NXOE. The only game I had before backwards compatibility was released to the public was BattleBlock Theater. When I seen Just Cause 2 and some other titles. I
    immediately downloaded them, then loaded up Just Cause 2. It loaded the game up faster than my 360. When I got into gameplay, I notice some input lag, from moving the camera to my player, it wasn't that bad, but it was definitely noticeable. Other than that,
    the only slowdown is when I open the guide on my Xbox One or go to my dashboard. I have a Samsung 32" TV that is set to game mode.

    Anyone else having this issue?

    And if an Xbox employee is reading this, can you fix this ASAP? Thanks

    :)

    xboxone the only box u need?

    The switch to new architecture is the reason for no backwards compatibility, pure and simple. You can use the 360 as an input device for the Xbone but I have a feeling input lag may become an issue.

  3. X1 has blown me away...

    I'm UK, I'm actually running my Xbox 360 through the hdmi so I can switch from 360 to xbox one just by saying 'xbox tv' for pseudo backwards compatibility. I've so far played videos off the xbox 360 through the one with no lag, run last.fm on the 360 through
    the one with no lag, and played assassins creed revelations on the 360 through the one with no lag, so not sure why your tv input would be laggy just running sky, maybe something on the sky box side of things?

    No backwards compatibility???!!!

    @mgzin66

    Only for the day one patch. Not for Gaikai backwards-games. But you'll have to rebuy the game you want anyway, with extra lag, both input lag and Internet lag. Just play it on the 360 for Russian's sake!
