Xbox One Backwards Compatibility Game Wishes

Im excited to hear that Xbox One will be backwards Compatible! Ive looked at the list of game thus far, unfortunately none are mine tho I know the list will be extended. I wanted to make my suggestion/ request on games that can be added:

Elder Scrolls: Oblivion

Elder Scrolls: Skyrim

Kingdom of Amular

Those are the ones I play one the 360 E3 but especially on Skyrim the E3 overheats alot. I would love to have my favorite games playable on just one console!!! Thanks

Backwards compatibility does not work on the Xbox one!

Backwards Compatibility works perfectly fine on select titles.

Confidential Microsoft disc found in XBOX ONE

Has anyone actually tried a 360 disc in the Xbox One? Lol

Hello carlislemom2003,

360 demos of titles are not backwards compatible with the Xbox One. If you wish to play Sonic, you will need to purchase the full game title as that is what is backwards compatible.

You can play some Xbox 360 games on Xbox One through backwards compatibility. A full list of those games is here:
www.xbox.com/.../backward-compatibility

However, games for which there are both an Xbox One and Xbox 360 version are unlikely to ever be made backwards compatible, so if you wish to play that game on Xbox One you would need to purchase, either digitally or on disc, the Xbox One version of the
game.

If you wish to play the games that you own on the Xbox 360 on the Xbox One, then those games (digital/physical) has to be supported for backward compatibility on the Xbox One. For digital games, that are part of the backward compatible list, show up in the
"Ready to install" section of your Xbox One. The criteria for these titles to populate the "Ready to install" section is that you have to be signed in with the same account that you initially used to purchased those games on your Xbox 360.
