    Xbox one backwards compatibility black Ops II Season Pass Problem


    I have recently bought Black Ops 2 on Xbox One because it became available for backwards compatibility I also bought the season pass for Black Ops 2 and when I open up Black Ops 2 and go to the card store and try to purchase the map packs that are listed
    as free then an error pops up telling me that premium content is blocked for this profile I am 18 and I do not belong into a Microsoft Family. Please help because I don't want my money to be wasted I could get a refund on the game if it doesn't work but the
    season pass I wasted $25 on it if the DLC do does not work please help me solve my problem I really love Black Ops and I really want to play it with the map packs and all thank you.

    While signed in, if you navigate to our
    Call of Duty: Black Ops II Season Pass page     does it still prompt you to purchase it or does it acknowledge that it is owned? That would be a good spot to double check, as being in the preview program normally would not affect content ownership on the Xbox
    360 Marketplace.

    If that page asks you to purchase the Season Pass, I would reach out to our phone or chat support team one more time to inquire about if and when the Black Ops II season pass was added to your account. If they can locate the Season Pass and provide a date
    when it was added, that information will help us a lot.

    Hey there,

    Did a different account on your Xbox 360 console originally own the season pass? Let's check our

    Black Ops II Season Pass page on the Xbox 360 Marketplace     to see if the page instructs you to purchase the season pass our not. If that page does show that the Season Pass needs to be purchased, that indicates that your account may not own the Season Pass.
