    xbox one backward compatibility with xbox 360 games


    When I get my xbox one console with the backward compatibility already launched for xbox one users. Will games such as COD Ghost or GTA V be apart of that update. Or will I have to re-buy those games because they have already been made available to the xbox
    one?!

    Games with Gold Titles Included in Backward Compatibility

    When backward compatibility launches in November, all future Xbox 360 Games with Gold titles will be playable on Xbox One. That means Xbox Live Gold members now will get more free games to play each month on Xbox One.

    I think it is going to be safe to assume that if a game has a One version then it isn't going to find its way onto the backward compatibility list. Publishers are going to want to make the most money after all.

    If it's backwards compatible it would only be available on the Xbox One as a backwards compatible game. Not on the 360
    There are backwards compatible games available for the 360. Black is one of them.

    If you purchase an Xbox 360 Game that is
    compatible with Xbox One, you will be able to access the content on the Xbox One. Unfortunately, that game is not in the backwards compatible library.
