    Where can I find regular avatars (not of my actual guy) just in case I want to change it?

    I can't seem to find anything regarding backgrounds or avatars on my xbox one or the store on my browser.

    Your Microsoft points should have been converted to currency now as points are no longer available to buy, if you are still having trouble I suggest speaking to xbox support as they will be able to check your account for you.

    just checked my xbox account and it says I have £3.03 and the item I want is £2.59 but it still says I have no payment account and I need to set it up by credit card or paypal but I do not like to use any of these in case of being hacked any help please

    I think if you buy stuff for the Xbox 360 from the store online, it asks you to add payment, if its Xbox One, it doesn't ask. Also you can just add a credit card, buy your item, then delete that credit card off as payment

    I can't delete it and then redownload it because there is no Avatar Store on the Xbox One.

    As of right now, there is no actual avatar store available for the Xbox One. However, you can still customize your avatar with avatar items you already own via an editor that can be found under your profile.

    The computer avatar store works perfectly fine. It's on the Xbox 360 itself that is having problems with the avatar store

    I think if you buy stuff for the Xbox 360 from the store online, it asks you to add payment, if its Xbox One, it doesn't ask. Also you can just add a credit card, buy your item, then delete that credit card off as payment
