Xbox One avatar no visible on Xbox 360

Discus and support Xbox One avatar no visible on Xbox 360 in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; I have an Xbox 360.     I have an Xbox 360. In my Social page I can see the avatars of all my friends who also have Xbox 360, but I don´t see the friends who use Xbox One. Is there a compatibility issue?

    Hi, I have the same issue. One message visible on Xbox One nowhere to be found, and no messages on Xbox.com or the 360.

    My Xbox avatar doesn't show up; just a generic one. it's not a big deal, of course; it's visible on my Xbox game tile and xbox.com, but not in the game.



    As an FYI, it's the same for my sister.

    as far as I know the friending system on Xbox One is different from the 360, the 360 works on a request and accept way, while on the One it works via followers (and when following each other it's a friend)

    As far as I know In order to get a friend on the friendlist on the 360 a 360 friend request needs to be send., which may also be possible to send via xbox.com

    Hi Salam,

    Thank you for posting in Microsoft Xbox Community. I understand that you have questions regarding your Avatar and why it's not showing on your Xbox series X.

    Starting on January 9, 2025, players will no longer be able to access their Xbox Avatars or any purchased avatar items. This means avatars will not be visible on your profile page on Xbox Series X|S or Xbox One consoles. This is because Xbox Avatar Editor app is no longer be available on Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, and Windows devices.

    However, this change will not affect Xbox Original Avatars and how they appear on Xbox 360 consoles or Xbox 360 games that feature Xbox Original Avatars.
