    Hello everybody! My issue is that when i launch up the xbox one avatar editor it simply does not load and tells me to try again or quit the app. I have tried restarting the console, deleting my profile re adding it, even resetting the console but keeping
    the game and apps and still nothing! I think the issue may have to do with my account rather than the xbox since other accounts load the avatar editor perfectly. This issue happened since december 2018 thus i have not been able to check my xbox one avatar
    since then any help would be very appreciated! Also my xbox 360 avatar is fine just the new ones!

    This is a common error if you will buy an item specially avatar items that are free like the Overwatch free avatar prop on Xbox One that are originally released on Xbox 360. Unlike Back Compat that can be purchased now on Xbox One, except of course if you
    are using Microsoft points. These avatar props can only be purchased on Xbox 360 Market. If you have an Xbox 360 console. you may try to purchase it there.

    the new avatar or the old avatar    ? The console must be connected to Xbox Live to upload the updated avatar information. If you are using an Xbox One, we recommend

    testing the network and multiplayer connections in the network settings    . This will help us determine if there is an Xbox Live connection error. Be sure to let us know the results!
