    Xbox One Automatically Signed Out

Every now and then, I am automatically signed out of my Xbox One Profile.

I get a Notification that says bye, and I'm kicked to the main menu of whatever game I was playing.

Generally when this happens, my internet connection is poor, so I think that has something to do with it, though why that would sign me out I have no idea.

It's really annoying, Is there anything I can do to stop this from happening?

    :)

    Nooch,

If you have no problems signing into Xbox Live and 100% without a doubt know your e-mail and password associated with your Microsoft account, try safely deleting your profile, clearing your system cache 3 times, restarting your console, then re-downloading
your profile. Just follow these detailed steps:

Sign out of your Gamer Tag Profile:

    1) Press the Xbox Guide button in the middle of your Xbox controller and Press the Blue X to
    Sign Out

    Delete Profile:

    1) Press the Xbox Guide button in the middle of your Xbox controller

    2) Scroll right and go to the Settings tab, and then select System Settings

    3) Select Storage

    4) Select the device with your profile

    5) Select Profiles

    6) Select your Gamer Tag

    7) Select Delete

    8) Select Delete Profile Only

    Clear System Cache:

    1) Scroll right and go to the Settings tab, and then select System Settings

    2) Select Hard Drive

    3) Highlight Hard Drive, and press Y (Device Options)

    4) Select Clear System Cache and select Yes

    5) Repeat steps 2 thru 4 two more times so that your Cache is cleared 3 times

*NOTE* The cache stores such items as game updates, system update installation packages, and gamer pictures of your friends. Clearing the Xbox 360 cache does not remove your Gamertag, content that you have downloaded, game files,
    or console software updates.

Turn off your console and start it back up.

    Download Profile:

    1) Press the Xbox Guide button in the middle of your Xbox 360 controller

    2) On the Home tab, select Download Profile

Let us know if this resolves your problem.

Another thing you can try is to try and make your connection more stable. You can do this by wiring the console directly as opposed to using a wireless connection. If wireless is all you have available in your situation, try and lessen the distance between
your console and the modem/router. Speak with your Service Provider and see what your paying for in regards to your internet connection. I for example, am paying for 110Mbs of download and 20Mbs of upload bandwidth. Generally, on my wired connection I run
around 50-90Mbs down and 12-18Mbs up. Run a network diagnostic on your Xbox console and see what your getting for speeds. If you were paying for the same speeds as me but only getting 2Mbs download and 1Mbs upload (just as an example), you would want to
    look at a few things:

    1. Distance from your console to your modem/router

    2. What objects are between your console and the modem/router

    3. Are there multiple people connected to the same network as your console? If so, are they streaming video or doing a lot of downloading/uploading when you have these issues? (that is a killer for your connection if your internet speeds from your provider
are on the low side to begin with).

There are other options like using network extenders, WAP's and power adaptors but let's start small and see if we can fix this without you having to spend a bunch of money on something you may not need. Let me know how it goes!
