Xbox one automatically scrolls down and makes it so I pretty much can't do anything

okay, so just now as I was going to play some Overwatch my Xbox has totally broke. It automatically scrolls down, and when I press A on something, that I can actually get on, nothing happens. I have tried with two controllers, and it was the same with both,
so I don't think that's the problem, except if both just randomly broke at the same time. This has never happened before and I'm scared. HELP PLEASE. Thanks

Battlefield 4 won't play!

I recently purchased bf4 from the xbox live store and downloaded it. When i start it, there is no opening cinematic for the title screen, no title screen, and it takes me to the multiplayer screen automatically. To top it all off, I can't do anything at
this point. I can't scroll down, I can't select anything, nothing. Does anyone know how to fix this problem?

 

Many problems

My xbox seems to be really slow and sluggish, I pretty much get an error code for anything I do the one saying for some reason blah blah is taking too long. Black screens that seem to never end xbox shutting it's self down I've done restarts shut downs power
cycles and nothing seems to work

I can see from your
Xbox.com profile that you've been playing since you posted. Is it safe to assume that you managed to resolve your issue on your own?
