Xbox One Auto Resetting and other issue

Hey, recently my Xbox One has been experiencing some issues and i was wondering if anyone knew what caused the issues or a way to fix them.

The first issue i have been having is that my Xbox One sometimes after being switched off will factory reset itself once the console is switched back on. The games and data still remain after the reset but the accounts on the Xbox don't. this issue has occurred
4 times since 21 June 2019.

The other issue i have been having is that sometimes randomly the troubleshooting screen will appear for no reason and this also happens when i switch my xbox on. this happens more commonly than the other issue but is also more of a hindrance since clicking
continue which should usually continue to the xbox one home screen instead just stays on a black screen and doesn't differ from this.

If anyone knows whats causing this help would be appreciated.

This definitely sounds odd. This seems to be an issue you should for sure contact support with and/or have your console serviced/tested by Microsoft professionals. I've heard of random factory resets after being turned off but not as often/repeatedly or
random trouble shooting screens popping up. I'd say there could be some sort of hardware problem and something's throwing a bad code or its a software issue doing the same thing.

We will need some more info to help you better: Do you get any error code when this issue happens? The xbox console, is it hot to the touch when it restart by itself?

It might be that the console has a corrupt OS installation, which causes the console to reset or to boot into the rescue system.

Please prepare a flash USB drive to factory reset your console and to do a fresh install of the console system OS with this instruction here: https://support.xbox.com/xbox-one/console/reset-factory-defaults-using-usb-flash-drive
