Error Code after update today

idk anytime i try it as soon as the xbox powers on the tray closes and im asked not auto to do the update again

 

My new xbox one s keeps switching off

my new Xbox one S randomly powers down for no reason. The power strip is brand new. I also tried switching off the auto power off setting and no luck. No overheating

Sorry to hear about the console troubles. When was the last time you wiped down your Xbox One? It's possible there's something near your power button which is making it respond and turn on when it's not meant to. Take a soft, clean cloth and wipe it down
carefully (you may want to unplug it for this) and be sure that there's nothing sitting or sticking over your power button. If your console is plugged into a surge protector or power strip, you'll want to plug it straight into the wall as the surge protectors
can cause issues sometimes. Also, if you're currently using instant-on, try
swapping to energy-saver mode.

Run through all that and let us know if you still need help.

I've tried all those suggestions and nothing works. Continues to turn on whenever it wants. Any other suggestions?

 

Hmm. Is it possible that someone is using an
Xbox App connection to your console to troll you? You can disable the ability to use Xbox App on your console following the steps listed in the guide.

If that still doesn't help, I'd recommend sending your console in to get repaired. You can initiate that process via the
Online Service Center.

Thanks, don't think that's it either. I unplugged my Router and it would still turn on.

I also disable the power on beep for everything but voice control power on, and power button on console. I did that to eliminate touch button issue. It would turn on and not beep so wasn't the power button turning it on.

Thanks for help. Oh well. :/
