Xbox One Auto ejecting..

hi guys ,

I`ve got some Problems with my Xbox One...

Last Night, I was in a Party with a friend , chatting and playing The Witcher3 ..then suddenly my Xbox throws my game out...and then trying it again..like 4 times..piep Sound coming lol...that "on going " Sound is also coming during nights..but i thought
that is some Preview Patch Problem ..and ignored it...but now during playing it is quite frusttrating..

I hope there is a Fix to solve the Problem...because my BluRay..right now has some scratches (the Witcher3)..and thats very ugly.. Xbox Support told me to write it here down so..(doing it right now ^^ )

Hardboot done it...

and NO my Xbox hasnt been Moved..during my Sessions ..

eject and power lock

Yes, I've posted over at uservoice but I was hoping for a more direct approach to get in contact with a dev. I've had auto ejecting issues since the 2nd week of ownership. I can't even sit and play a game for more then a hour with out the disk auto ejecting,
that coupled with my son pushing the eject button its almost impossible to play an uninterrupted game. Not enough people have this issue for it to be voted up at uservoice.

I also have this problem. It says there no disc in but yet it will load the game but won't auto eject or manually eject.

How much easier do I want it? All i need is for players to eject. It's great that you got 4 in a match, but that is certainly not the norm. Unless I have Auto eject I exit my titan I stead of ejecting, and Auto Titans are everywhere. I had 7 Titan kills
with the Railgun In a match. That was definitely not normal but I did it, and lots of players struggle with that challenge.

When pilots eject they auto cloak, which are invisible when you are inside a Titan.
