Xbox one audio problems or Ea audio problems

I've bought the Madden 15 Xbox bundle and it's a digital download. I've downloaded the game already and the game works, but there is one problem. I cant hear the commentary. This isn't the biggest problem since I never cared for the commentary in madden,
but I thought it was a little weird.

Now recently I've bought the EA access 1 month subscription. I've download Need for speed and Battlefield 4 and they also having problem with cut scene audio.

Now while all three of these games were downloading I tried playing the game while it downloaded with ready to start. Just wondering if that could affect the download and do you think it's my Xbox or is it EA games.

Problems with Dashboard audio

I seem to be having some problems with the audi on my Xbox One's dashboard. If I select an app or play a game there seems to be no issue however any video I watch off the dashboard or even the clicking sound you get when selecting something there is no audio. I see that there is a service announcement up for some Live functions on MS's website but do not really see anything about this particular issue. Any advice?

I have all those games and I'm not having any issue. Maybe try to delete a game and reinstall it to see if it is a problem with the download or if it is a problem with the console itself.
