Xbox One Audio Issue

So, I really have been struggling. It all started when I would get notifications that pop up at the bottom of the screen, an echo sound would be there (don’t know if this is related but my controller would auto-hover over stuff with that same noise.
I could be trying to watch a trailer of a game and it would auto hover the price making the trailer hard to see.) next, my audio coming from my headset would cut out from time to time, getting worse and worse. I assumed it was the headset I was using, and
bought a new one. The problem didn’t go away. I then assumed it was the controller, long story short, it wasn’t. I bought the same headset I had last time but there weren’t any issues related to mine in the reviews, and I don’t want to waste my money on another
headset that might now even work. I hope you all can help, thanks!

Video and Audio Delay HELP!

Sky HD box to Xbox One input, xbox output to tv. no splitters. I have no external sound system so delay is on hdmi audio. Sky HD direct to TV has no audio/video sync issues, audio delay is only present with Xbox one in the circuit.

There does seem to be quite a bit going on here, and we're here to help in addressing every issue.

To start, there is an echo concern from notifications and we would like to clarify that this occurs with only notifications and other menu options do not experience the same? Have you attempted to change the HDMI connection?

Second, regarding headset audio cutting in and out, it is suggested to follow our
Xbox Stereo Headset which allows the detailed checking of all hardware devices to assist in confirming if
there may be a device malfunctioning.

A suggestion that may help both situations will be to perform a soft factory reset:

Reset and keep my games & apps. You should use this option as your primary choice when troubleshooting. It will reset the OS and delete all potentially corrupted data without deleting your games or
apps. This will save you from downloading or reinstalling the large game files.

Note: This will remove profiles, so be sure to keep all information for signing into any/all accounts.
