    Xbox one audio freezes when downloading


    Hi,

    So ive recently been having this audio problem ever since i updated my xbox's OS to the new one (think it was in march) that changed a lot of the ui.

    When ever im playing a game(BF1) or in a party and attempt to download an game/update while playing/talking my audio starts to distort and eventually completely freezes up(game runs fine just audio freezes) and i have to restart my xbox to fix it.

    I do use a non-Microsoft head for my game audio and voip. but this DOESNT effect the audio problem becasue it happens when the head set isnt even plugged in.

    Ive briefly looked on the forums and reddit but couldn't find any fixes for audio freezing directly relating to downloads.

    Any help/ideas would be great because this is starting to annoy me now.

    im haveing audio lag problems when im streaming form xbox to pc

    Audio regularly freeze (every 30 seconds, 45 seconds, or minute) when streaming from xbox one to pc im not using wifi please help iv tryed putting it on very low still dose it

    Hey Scott!

    It sounds like this issue doesn't happen if you aren't playing while things are downloading - is that correct? If so, what does your home network look like? Post back with your
    detailed network statistics so we can try to figure out what's going on there.

    In the meantime, I'd suggest downloading things when you're not actively playing other games to prevent the issue from happening. Let us know!

    A bit late to the party but I'm having the same freezing issue. I just bought the Titanfall XBox One bundle. The Titanfall game was a digital download and it keeps freezing after about ~7 minutes of gameplay. It starts off with the audio going bad and then
