    Xbox One ate my game


    Xbox One ate my MCC disc. It's telling me to "insert disc' but MCC is in there. I tried to eject the game and manually eject the game and nothing. I put a movie in there to see if it would read it and it did. MCC is in the console while I have a movie in
    there. I really don't know what to do and it's frustrating.

    Yea, its not there after I moved xbox one to a lower shelf the game is now missing from the drive... I can insert other games just fine. How do I retrieve?

    So if I understand you right and you now have two discs inserted in your Xbox One console, there is no way but have it serviced to have the "eaten" disc being removed.

    Is your console placed horizontally or vertically?

    To trigger a service for your console you may whether phone the support team or go to

    i have same issue and they wan you to pay 150$ to have it repaired or refurbed. i have the Day One console and this blows i dont want a refurbed i want another day or or limited and the game
