Xbox One Ate My Game Disc

My xbox one ate my NBA 2K15 disc. It keeps telling me to ' insert disc ' but NBA 2K15 is in there. I tried to manually eject it and it didn't do anything. I tried to put another game in there to see if it read it and it did. NBA 2K15 is in my xbox one when
i have another game in there. I don't know what I'm suppose to do and its really frustrating me. I have no warranty on my Xbox One so I can't get a new one.

I hear ya hahaha. I think my xbox ate mine,i have never seen so many scratches on one disc lol. I see you do play gears of war add me.

Yea, its not there after I moved xbox one to a lower shelf the game is now missing from the drive... I can insert other games just fine. How do I retrieve?

The system will not allow a second disc to be inserted. If there is no disc engaged within the tray, then it'll allow you to insert a disc. If you're able to insert another disc, NBA 2K15 is not in your system.

Yea I'm having the same exact problem. It's in my system but it's not and I can put a second disc in and it works fine. Mine is with Forza horizon 2

Really?!?! There is a disc in the drive and it won't read but you can put another disc in without removing the first and the second disc reads? I am not really seeing how that is possible. Really think you should look around outside the XBOX for the missing
disc.
