Xbox One apps wont start - no error code

    Xbox One apps wont start - no error code


    So recently I got an xbox one, all was good, I downloaded a game I bought and the blu ray app. Then all of a sudden I can't download any apps at all.

    I'm trying to get the netflix, hulu and youtube apps. All of which are free and as soon as I click "get it FREE" and confirm there is an error and says the usual "refer to error code below" but there is none! I've restarted my xbox, the internet, checked
    online and I can't find a solution anywhere.

    Please help ASAP.

    Not able to pin apps?

    Getting an error code while attempting to pin apps like Starz, VH1, and TheCW. Error 0x876c0002.

    Something went wrong...

    bro me to. Like out of no where. one second I was playing it. quit the game. I tried to start it and same error. and xbox doesnt even have the error code on file that the game gives us for xbox errorhelp. And this wont start on PC either. I own this 100$
    game.. Let me play!!!!

    the problem is not with starting. the app starts just fine. it just wont load my original xbox avatar
