Xbox One Apps Not Opening

I have not seen this issue on the forums please link me if it has been addressed though!

Scenario: I turn the One on, load up Titanfall. I can then open my friends list invite a bud or join a party. Now if I try to go back to the dashboard and open up for example NBA 2k or BF4 they won't open. It just goes to full screen and nothing happens.
Same thing occurs when I try to open the "Manage Apps" application.

This started happening after the most recent update. The only way to correct it is to hard reset (10 sec power off/ unplug power brick). However, it happens all over again once i try to load up more than 2 apps again.

Side note: When I use my controller to shut off the xbox now the controller doesn't turn off and the light on the xbox flashes instead of completely turning off. The screen remains lit with that grey hue indicating that the console is still running through
the hdmi to the TV.

I am having the same issue also been goin on for about 2 months now on and off. I don't have the master chief collEcton either. I am wondering if this is good enough cause to send the one back...surely this 9 about as bad as the ring off death on 360. Microsoft
get ur finger out and get it fixed or psi here we come.

I am also having the same issue. and have done since day 1, I came onto the forums to check if others are affected. I have to hard reset 1 in 3 times of booting up the console? Since I have started using the TV tuner this has become really annoying. I initially
thought it was because I had to wait for the pins to load but even that makes no issues, I just get the error box where my pins and apps etc. are meant to be that says it might be a problem Xbox's end. Every time a hard reset fixes and allows me to use the
console again.

 

I believe I repro'd this, but only once. After playing Titanfall for a really long time, I saw this post. So I went to "Manage Apps" but that worked fine. Then I went to "My Games & Apps" which also loaded fine but when I trying to launch "Max: The Curse
of Brotherhood" it started to launch but then crashed back to Home. I didn't have to hard reset though. On the 2nd try Max launched just fine, and now I can switch back and forth between loading Titanfall and Max just fine. Both are downloaded games, I'm not
using discs.

I'm trying

1. Load Titanfall and let it get to the main menu
2. Press Nexus to go Home
3. Navigate to "My Games & Apps" and launch a 2nd game

and it works just fine now. So even though I had one repro. I can't repro again. Does anyone have a more deterministic repro?

 

just got off the phone w microsoft about trying to flip between killer instinct and titanfall (both digital) and it not always loading. it will go full screen to title screen then bounce back to dashboard. it will work after a try or two just wondering
if anyone else having this problem. i did hard reset once for another issue. anyone? bueller?
