    Xbox One apps and games freeze up.


    Today is worse than normal for opening apps. i can navigate on the main screen but I cant open anything. Shutting off down the console took 5 minutes. Is there an update I missed or something? Why is this thing so slow? Paid way too much for this and
    it's a piece of junk. 360 works better.

    Opens "My Games & Apps" immediately after turning on my Xbox One & it freezes.

    Recently, every time I turn on my Xbox One, as soon as the green Xbox One boot up screen disappears, it freezes on the home screen and immediately opens "My Games & Apps" on its own, and then freezes again for about 20 seconds. I close out of all games and
    apps before shutting down every time, so is there a reason this is happening? It's kind of annoying.

    Sometimes it will sign me out right after startup as well.

    All games stopworking upon signing in

    The Xbox One has now stopped allowing me to access my games entirely, and apps as well. When I go to the Games and Apps tab from the menu, everything is perpetually loading. The settings menus have also begun to freeze up while going through them. I can
    no longer access the console's memory storage.

    I'm having a similar problem my xbox one s does this if I try loading up a game it might not load same with a app then it just freezes for a good 30 minutes I have restarted it multiple times and it's still the same

    Xbox is too slow..

    The only game that freezes on start up is Mw3, the apps start up but It stops at a loading screen. Any idea?

    Yes I have done those steps many times for all related apps.

    It definitely has something to do with my profile. I created a new PC profile and log into that and the app works just fine. As soon as I log into my original xbox account the app freezes up. If I kill the app and am able to log out before the app freezes, then the app doesn't freeze. I can use it fine. As soon as I log in again the app freezes.

    How often do you run into these problems with the console freezing, is it just happening while on the dashboard or more while on games and apps?

    Have you attempted any troubleshooting and if so what troubleshooting have you tried?
