    Xbox One appears to be lost by MyXboxService


    I had an issue with bluray drive on my Xbox One. Sent in for warranty repair. MyXboxService confirmed that the unit was fixed, sent me a Fedex tracking number 6 days ago.

    However, the tracking number does not work

    Called Fedex and they said the label was printed but the item "Is not in our system"....which means it was never picked up.

    I have a legit service order, have what is supposed to be a Fedex tracking number, but the Fedex Express package is nowhere to be found.

    Can someone at Microsoft please help me?

    I would like to know where my Xbox One is and when I can expect to get it back? Thank you.

    My Xbox One appears to be stubborn

    A little bit unrelated, but yesterday I put a brand new game in the 360 and pressed the button on the console to close the tray and it would close and then just open straight away again. I did this a further 3 more times and then used the controller which
    solved the issue.

    Damn Xbox's got a mind of their own, it was like teasing me. Oh you want to play this game ok then, hehe just kidding.

    My Xbox One appears to be stubborn

    Oh yeah, & I forgot to mention that shortly after my TV turned itself off, my sound system did the same. Xbox One appears to be lost by MyXboxService :(

    Constant "We've lost your TV signal"

    Getting the "We've lost your TV signal" message along with video hangs with some throughput on new Xbox One. Using the Comcast Explorer 8300HD with HDMI pass-thru.

    Throughput to cable box is excellent (5) and absolutely no issues when not hooked up to Xbox One.

    Appears this is a Comcast/Xbox One problem?

    @Runex-- cards always appear in the deck at the same place. They aren't sorted by age or alphabetically. I'd bet you lunch whatever one you lost was at the left hand side of the deck.
