    Xbox One App Server Blocked in Network connections


    Hello

    Can anyone advise on what to look for to resolve the Server Connection Blocked fault when using Xbox One App?

    I have tried all the options in the link in the app.

    I have tried various 3rd party party suggestions none of which have worked.

    I am using Windows 10 pro 1903. I have Kaspersky Internet Security 2019.

    The Internet is through wifi with a static ip assigned through DHCP reservation.

    I have switched off Kaspersky but still no joy. I have had the problem before updating Windows and the Xbox one app.

    I am afraid I just cannot find a resolution to this fault.
