Xbox One App Promotion

What do you need help with? I'm not sure of your question.

It was advertised 2 E3s ago, extremely disappointing that xbox one does not have half of the apps that the 360 has! I understand there are coding issues but do not promote entertainment with out the best apps!

Sadly promotions are only accessible during the set dates that is what makes them a promotion. There was other ways to try to get the promotion like the website console and I think sometimes the xbox app .

Sorry to hear/read you have had a problem with a promotion and getting support on the xbox one, I do not recall sling tv being a part of the promotion, as it is not a game but an app. I currently cannot find that promotion so cannot double check it but I
am asking other people to make sure that is correct.

I can say for certain that sling tv which is a subscription based app was not in that promotion but to double check that I suggest contacting xbox support directly by the following.

They will be able to discuss the previous promotion than on the forums but I do not think it was on said promotion.

Hello, the promotion has now ended. If you did purchase before the promotion ended you can see how to claim your rewards by visiting the Xbox message centre on the PC app.
