    Xbox One App - Ipad


    Hi,

    When I want to type something on my xbox, such as report a problem or a message to a friend, I prefer to use my ipad rather than the controller itself (as most people would). However, the keyboard doesn't always open on the ipad when I am in a section that
    allows typing, and I don't see a button to open the keyboard functionality on the app.

    This is frustrating as I end up having to type message using controller, which takes ages. Is there something I'm doing wrong?

    Hey bomb codes! Does the iPad have the Xbox app installed? If so, see if you're signed in. Is the iPad plugged in while or have any accessories attached while this is occurring? You may want to try a

    factory reset     of the console and reinstalling the video apps on the iPad to see if that helps resolve this as well. Post back and let us know how it goes!
