XBox One App Does not open

    XBox One App Does not open


    XBox one App won't open on my pc. When I click on the icon, the screen flashes for a second or two to xbox one green screen than returns to my pc's home screen.

    My Xbox app will not open

    My Xbox app (in start-windows 10) will not open. It does open on my laptop but not my desktop. Individual games Will open. I can access Xbox.com. Any suggestions. TY

    I'm having an issue with the Xbox One app on Windows 10

    It continuously loads, doesn't open, and eventually crashes.

    Hi King, can you tell us what version of the app your using? Are you also experiencing this issue with Xbox Beta (App)? If, yes please go ahead and report this issue by using the "report a problem" with the beta version. This will provide helpful data for
    the developers to investigate. Let us know. In the mean time I will report this issue to the developers to review.

    You can DL the beta version here:
    www.microsoft.com/.../9NBLGGH1J27H     or go to the Store app, search for “Xbox beta” and it will show up as a search result.

    I used the version that was on the computer after the Nov update of Windows 10. I checked for additional updates but none were found. I then removed the Xbox One app and downloaded and installed the beta app. It had the same problem, so I uninstalled it
    and reinstalled the original app. I can't tell you the version because I can't get that far into the app to check.

    I will reinstall the beta version and report the problem there.

    I already tried to open the Ubisoft Club app and it doesn't open, it directs to the store, as if to install the app again, so you start the app and again it doesn't open, I already deleted the app, reinstalled it, downloaded it from a store in another
    location and does not work,my console is xbox one X.

    All that link for the reverting of firmware does is open the Xbox Accessories app and then nothing. I did get one error message telling me there was a problem and to disconnect and reconnect. The rest of the times I tried it just opens the app and then does nothing. Thanks for trying though. I appreciate your time.
