    XBox One annoyingly signing me out


    Recently, over the last few months, my Xbox one signs out of my profile and kicks me out of the app I am. This has happened in almost every app I have frequently use, including the hbogo app, the showtime app, amazon, Microsoft edge and Netflix. I don't
    play multiplayer game. I have tried everything to correct the issue but have had no success. My download and upload speeds are excellent with my xfinity service. I have tried resetting both the cable and router multiple times. I have swapped out Ethernet cords
    as well (set up is wired). I have also reset the Xbox to factory default (without losing games and apps) and completed the power cycling option. This is very frustrating, to say the least, especially since we have kids who have their movies interrupted by
    this stupid thing that keeps happening. I don't know if this all correlates with a recent update, but I need help with this as a machine that costs as much as it did two years ago, shouldn't already be malfunctioning.

    Hey there ConnorTheG21.

    It actually sounds like your account might be on a different Xbox One. Have you used your account elsewhere? That would explain why you're being signed out.

    Xbox One Signing Me Out

    I'm not connected to Xbox Live and my console continues to sign me out. I get about 10 minutes into a game and the console signs me out and sends me back to the title screen of the game. I updated my Xbox and my games a few days ago at my friends house.
    Any suggestions how someone with no internet is having this issue?

    It actually sounds like your account might be on a different Xbox One. Have you used your account elsewhere? That would explain why you're being signed out.

    This maybe a late and stupid answer but it's annoyingly simple and may work for others with error 0x7fc3. I tried everything to get my xbox live to work and was connected to the internet.

    I logged into another Xbox Live account and was able to use live and everything with that account. In the meantime i logged out of my main account and then signed back in. Suddenly everything worked again.

    I'm not sure if it was just signing out and back in that got it to work or because I was signed in already with a working account.

    Either way I assumed that hard powering down the Xbox auto logged you out of live but apparently not.

    After a day on WIFI, no logging out of my profil , or internet . So it must be a problem of my internet provider .
