Xbox one Annoying problem

When using that option to factory reset, it will prompt you to "Reset saving all installed games..etc". Most game saves are in the cloud anyway so you should be safe.

1. Power off your console, and then unplug the power cord to ensure that the console is completely powered off.
2. Wait 30 seconds, and then plug the power cord back in.
3. Press and hold the BIND button (located below the Xbox button on the console) and the EJECT button (located on the front of the console), and then press the Xboxbutton on the console.
4. Continue holding the BIND and EJECT buttons for 10-15 seconds.
5. Listen for two “power-up” tones a couple of seconds apart. You can release the BINDand EJECT buttons after the second power-up tone.
6. The console should power up and take you directly to the Xbox Startup Troubleshooter.

Okay thanks I'll do that later and i will tell what will happens in the future ( tomorrow) and one more thing to stay confident now when I want to reset my xbox

There is two option one is only to keep games and apps while reseting and the second one is to Reset everything

Now the important part if I choosed to reset everything including accounts, games and apps. Then after the reset i just logged in to my old account will every old data will be synced to my Game Disc? As if I didn't reseted.

I would just buy another console. They're extremely cheap. IMO.

Unfortunately, MICROSOFT refuses to fix this bug. They know about it and it's a crap shoot if soft resetting works. I had to finally break down and do a HARD FACTORY RESET and lose all. Did it work? Yes, but it took 3+ hours to re-download all my games
(3-4). So, I can finally load Destiny, Division, and something else.. but I made the mistake of buying another game online that uses cloud -- SKYRIM. Love the game but now having same issues of the game not loading (daily crap shoot---yesterday never loaded
and today not so much) and getting error code 0x8027025a. None of their help works. Sometimes a few times of restarting or shutdown and it will work...sometimes not. I refuse to HARD Factory reset again and waste hours of download. I'm sick of MICROSOFT
not fixing this. Oh, and it seems to happen after an update??? Skyrim just had one. Also, I know it's in app b/c I can not hit center button and don't have option to choose to quit.

I think I'm going to ask for money back and buy (maybe) ---if that doesn't work I may switch to PS. Gaming use to be fun....now it's just a pain. They rake in millions and refuse to fix the errors---they don't care. Besides, at least at GAMESTOP and
get some money for my used game -- online download you GET NOTHING back. Still not a believer in the cloud...too many glitches from it. Had problems I never had with discs.

If you find a fix...anyone, let me know or pass it on. MICROSOFT will never fix this unless we make it matter to them!!!
