Hallo zusammen,

diese Woche habe ich festgestellt, das jeden Tag wenn ich meine xBox one anschalte, werde ich aufgefordert mein Kennwort einzugeben.

Das schlimme an der Sache ist, das ich es jeden Tag Rückstellen muss, weil das System sagt Kennwort falsch.

Wenn die Konsole längere Zeit aus war, verstehe ich das ja, aber jeden Tag ist das voll nervig.

Bei Skype ist es das selbe.

Das pisst mich grade tierisch an.

Kann da jemand helfen ?

Hi DanyP2,

Thanks for reaching out to the forums. We see you are having issues with signing in. Have you tried

removing your profile completely then re-adding it back on the console? Also, a

soft factory reset may get rid of the corruption causing this. If you are signing into other devices with your account, like another console, phone this may also be why it is asking to sign in again.

Alles gemacht, nur geht das Profil nicht zum downloaden, weil angeblich Passwort und E-Mail nicht übereinstimmen. Habe mein Passwort zurückgesetzt, neue Email angelegt - hilft alles nichts - kommt immer die gleiche Meldung: falsches Passwort oder falsche
Emailadresse. NUR: die Adresse und das Passwort sind richtig!!! Wieder insgesamt 2 Stunden für nichts vertan....

sorry I am a first time user of forums, so this is not an answer but an echo to the problem.

I can sign in to my 360 console xbox live no problem, I can obviously sign into this using my xbox live membership and password, but when I try to sign into the xbox live on xbox one, it says my password is incorrect. which it obviously is not.

what do I do

This is only happening when you try signing into your account on the xbox 360?

So you can sign in no problems on the xbox One and the website?

Is it giving you any sort of error message along with them error codes?

Like password incorrect or anything like that?

I had to change my password 2 yesterday, and I didnt select the option.

Everything worked fine after that until this morning it keeps telling me password is incorrect, yet I can sign on her and o to my xbox 360 with no issue, just the xbox one
