Discus and support XBOX one and XBOX 360 in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; Not sure about other users, but Im a bit annoyed now that I wont be able to play against friends on line as they only have xbox 360 and im on my Xbox...     Not sure about other users, but Im a bit annoyed now that I wont be able to play against friends on line as they only have xbox 360 and im on my Xbox one.

    MS need to fix this issue as I know many of my friends will no way purchase the xbox one, not until its around £150-£200. So how many people on here interested on getting a petition together to get this sorted. There is no reason to stop this other than
    to use an excuse do to hardware which is not the case, its just servers and that can be resolved quite easily....so come on lets get this sorted Microsoft...

    How to play Xbox 360 and other consoles through xbox one!

    This is a tutorial how to play your xbox 360 and other consoles through xbox one.

    1. Plug your HDMI cable into your 360 and the xbox one HDMI in(Were you plug your TV cable in).

    2. Turn your 360 on, Click the TV app on the xbox one and your xbox 360 should start up.

    3. Now have fun you can now play your 360 through your xbox one, you can also use the snap feature with it.

    This also works with anything HDMI Compatible

    Dont hold your breath, there are no publicized plans to support Xbox One to Xbox 360 gaming that i have seen that are recent and reliable. In addition it cannot be solved easily. It would be publishers and MS that would have to figure it out and create
    specific servers. The 360 cant run BF4 at 64 players, how would that work? A specific server? And that's just a small tip of the iceberg. the logistics are staggering in my opinion.

    Maybe we may see cross console chat, but even that I bet wont come soon.

    I don't see it happening.

    A Petition won't help you, no matter how many people sign it. Put simply, the Xbox One is a totally different beast to the Xbox 360. It uses totally different hardware architecture to the Xbox 360. Microsoft can't do anything about it, and developers
    can't simply patch their games to make them compatible with the Xbox 360 or vice-versa. What you are asking simply can not be done. Sorry.

    Xbox One friends don't automatically become Xbox 360 friends. The friendship only goes one way. Your Xbox 360 friends are your Xbox One friends but your Xbox One friends are not necessarily your Xbox 360 friends--you have to specifically add them on the
    Xbox 360. That is good to know. Now I just need to figure out a way to thin the heard on Xbox 360, so to speak.

    A 360 controller will work with a 360 console, and an Xbox one controller will work with an Xbox One, but a 360 controller will not work with an Xbox One and vice versa.

    You can be signed in on the Xbox 360 and the Xbox One simultaneously, you just can't be signed into the same generation of console at the same time (an Xbox 360 with another Xbox 360 or an Xbox One with another Xbox One).
