Discus and support Xbox one and xbox 360 owner not happy. in XBoX Sales and Promo to solve the problem; I trade my 250gb ps3 for $125 credit towards the xbox one and the next day you change it to $175.     Xbox one and xbox 360 owner not happy.


    I trade my 250gb ps3 for $125 credit towards the xbox one and the next day you change it to $175. Very unhappy!

    Xbox One disc issue

    Let's say I am disappointed with my new Xbox One. I am currently the owner of 3 Xbox 360 consoles but my new Xbox One welcomes me with a crunching noise and a stuck game. Not happy not happy at all!

    contacted xbox support they sent me to microsoft store. microsoft store told me too bad. Great way to treat a customer who spent $500 on you products recently.

    If this is how microsoft is going to treat me after blowing $500 on games and a console fine last mircosoft products i ever buy. I will just trade this xbone in for a ps4. Wont sit here spending 90 bucks on 1 game from a company who cares less about its
    customers.

    The reason that I mentioned to contact support for the Microsoft Store is because they are the only ones who can help. People who post here are simply gamers such as yourself and cannot help with this.

    You are correct, yet this is still a support thread that is mainly populated by gamers such as yourself. If you would like to speak with official support then you'll need to contact Xbox phone support. However in this particular case, as I mentioned earlier,
    you will need to continue dealing with the Microsoft Store.

    Sorry to hear about any frustration this may have caused! Did you originally participate in this offer at a Microsoft Retail store? As onyx62is has stated, the main avenue to take is to contact the retailer you originally went to for this offer. We wouldn't
    be able to assist in price changes at specific retailers.
