Xbox One and Xbox 360 NAT issues

I have been looking for a solution to my problem but all i find is the solution for the opposite of my problem. In my case, my 360 has a strict NAT while my Xbox One stays open. I have disconnected my One from the internet, unplugged the power brick, but
my 360 NAT stays strict. Is there a solution to this? (Preferably one that doesn't mess with my routers ports)

    :)

So I tried setting up router behind router. I bought a Netgear WNDR3400 which the connectivity gurus have listed as having support for multiple consoles.

Set up the gateway so the router is on DMZ.

Router has it's own DHCP and has both Xboxes connected to it.

After testing both Xboxes connect to Live with no trouble and Open NAT. Would recommend anyone who's having trouble with multiple consoles connecting switch routers to a known good or set up a router behind your gateway or modem/router combo.

    Hi,

firstly, make sure you're using the 360 mini-guide to send invites, using the Invites options on the Xbox one dashboard won't show up on Xbox 360 titles.

Secondly, you're going to have to fix the Strict Nat issue your Xbox One if you want to be able send, accept and join games. The Nat Issue is the main reason for your Multi-player issues. For that, you should start

    NAT Type issues

    Hello Thomas,

Thank you for posting here on the Xbox forums. We understand you are coming across NAT type issues on your Xbox. Is this an Xbox one? NAT types are dictated by your routers security settings. Please check out these support articles for assistance.

You may need to contact your Internet service provider for further support with changing your NAT type. This usually includes port forwarding, but you may also be able to enable the UPnP setting in your router instead.

    Hope this helps!
