Xbox one and Xbox 1 S

As stated in the subject i have both consoles we go to play warzone and one of us gets kicked to the main screen on CoD, while the other goes into the match if we play separately we have no issues if we play Rebirth we have no issues we play multi player we have no issues even if we switch to zombies we have no issues but warzone seems to be where we cannot play together we have all the latest updates and our internet provider has told us there is no issues with the modem, one system is hardwired and the other is off wifi both our pings avg. 46 to 54 ive hard reset both consoles and tried clearing the cache we have uninstalled and reinstalled the games, is there any other suggestions out there why we cant play warzone together but everything else works... thank you
